We keep this simple: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Data & Dough Co. LLC ("we", "us") is a restaurant consulting company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This policy covers dataanddoughco.com. Questions? Email info@dataanddoughco.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into our contact form: your name, your restaurant's name, your email, the services you check and your message. If you email us directly, we get your email address and whatever you write.
We don't ask for your phone number, home address, payment details, date of birth or any sensitive information, and we ask you not to send it.
Basic technical data: like every website, our host (Cloudflare) briefly processes technical details such as your IP address and browser type so the page can load and to block attacks. We don't use this to identify you or build a profile.
What we don't do: no analytics or visitor tracking, no advertising pixels, no social media trackers, no fingerprinting and no tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and schedule a walkthrough you asked for.
- To provide services you hire us for.
- To keep normal business records of our conversations.
We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising. We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
Who helps us run the site
We use a small number of service providers. They only get what they need to do their job:
- Cloudflare hosts and protects this website.
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox. It is only contacted when you press "Send request". It may keep a copy of the message for a limited time under its own privacy policy.
- Google Workspace runs our email.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to talk with you, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact unless you become a client. Client records are kept as your agreement and tax law require.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you. Email info@dataanddoughco.com and we'll answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's privacy laws. We honor these requests from everyone, wherever they live.
Children
This site is for restaurant owners and managers. It is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption, and only we can read your messages. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords or payment details through the form or email.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
